INDIANAPOLIS — Despite being under the weather, Chris Post added two more goals to raise his season total 14 as the Panthers remained unbeaten in Conference Indiana play with a 4-1 win over Lawrence Central in boys' soccer Tuesday.

Scott McClary and Sterling Jones also netted goals as the Panthers improved to 3-0-1 in the league. Keeper Doug Terrill turned away seven shots, and Riley Bland also contributed much to the defensive effort.

“Everything was working,” South coach Kevin Sparks said. “We played well on both sides of the ball and created 25 shots tonight. We played physical, won the balls in the air.”

South is now 7-1-2 overall.

South (7-1-2, 3-0-1) 3 1 — 4

Lawrence Central 0 0 — 0

S: Chris Post 2 goals; Sterling Jones goal, assist; Scott McClary goal; Kyle Carpenter assist; Doug Terrill 7 saves.
