When Pike visits South for a boys’ soccer game tonight, it will also be a bit of a reunion.

Panthers coach Kevin Sparks will be going head-to-head with his former high school coach at South, Mike Smith. Smith, now the head coach for the Red Devils, coached Sparks and the Panthers for three years.

The game will also be key in the Conference Indiana standings. Pike has just one conference loss, while South is 3-0-1 in conference play. Columbus North sits atop the standings at 4-0.
